- You must be 18 years or older to make a booking or be a guest at any performances or entertainment.
- Waitresses Gone Wild cannot guarantee 100% that the preferred performer will be the performer on the night.
- If there is a change of performer due to unforeseen circumstances, Waitresses Gone Wild will inform you of the change as soon as possible.
- Waitresses Gone Wild may require a deposit to confirm a booking.
- The deposit is paid to confirm the booking and the balance is paid in cash on the night to the performer or wait staff upon arrival.
- Waitresses Gone Wild acts as a booking agent and use the services of independent contractors.
- Waitresses Gone Wild accepts no liability or responsibility for any contractor’s actions at or during a booking.
- The contractor is responsible for their own liability insurance regarding incidents that may occur at or during a booking.
If your performer cancels their booking and Waitresses Gone Wild is unable to find a replacement within a suitable time frame you will be refunded the booking fee.
The use of phones and video are strictly prohibited during any of our performer’s shows or during waitresses and waiters shifts. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the performer cancelling or leaving the booking.
Performers and wait staff should not be touched inappropriately at any time. Failure to comply with this condition it may result in the performer cancelling or leaving the booking.
Our company does not and will not solicit, provide, promote or engage in any escorting, prostitution, or other illegal or sexual services or acts. The services provided are for entertainment purposes only.
